Terrible!!! They sent me someone else's gobo a few days prior to the wedding. I called customer service and no one returns my call until after the event. I had to reimburse the client and take a loss. Not only that, I had to pay to ship back that wrong gobo to get a refund. I asked for some type of credit and they refused. I will never use this company again. Stay away.

Having the same problem as the previous review. Contacted customers service and was told product was in shipping. I gave it 10 days to ship to the east coast.I have received nothing to date. Customer service is not answering and I'm only getting a recording. Headed to Better Business Bureau next. My event is two weeks away. I used this company based on the reviews, should have gone with Apollo I know the company is reliable.

I have all the same experience as most those that have left their experiences on this website. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and the status of my order. I was referred to Goboman by a friend in the lighting industry BUT have experienced the worst customer service and follow through. They claim to have proofs and or a product within 3 days . . . its been 3 weeks and no proof OR product produced.
