THIS IS HARD NO for me! Absolutely worst experience ever. 1st unit assigned, door handle broke. 2nd unit assigned, full of water. You will be at the mercy of a corporation who overcharges you many fees even upon their mistakes. As I said, a hard no for me and save yourself now and make a hard pass for you too.
When I set up my account on line and made my first payment the website didn't allow me to set up a username and gate code. When I went to sign in, it kept giving me an error username or password in incorrect. When they opened I called and got Mitzi. She set me up a temp password, waited till I was signed in. Then she instructed me how to change my password and assigned my gate code. Excellent customer service. Thank you Mitzi
The management and the customer service team have been timely and quick in their responses in preparation for my move in. I appreciate Kim, the manager, and Mitzi for helping answer question and resolve issues. I will update once move in is complete.

Johnson was very helpful in getting everything set up over the phone which I was appreciative of. Rates seemed very reasonable and the discount for the first 2months was an added bonus.
