I'm interested in becoming a patient here, but I was highly disappointed in the wait time on the phone to talk to someone in the receptionist position. I waited for 20 minutes and then was hung up on. I didn't take the call back next business day option because I am a school teacher and wouldn't be available for a call on the next business day.
I drive here in particular even though I live in Allegan because this place doesn't have that cold, corporate hospital feel that so many clinics do these days.
My Dr is very knowledgeable and was very kind great Dr office overall
