I had a Freon leak. Tech came out. Did not give me a price. Did not ask if he could proceed. Just fixed the leak and refilled unit. Charged over $1100. $100 per pound. My other companies charge me $40 UPDATE: After writing my review, and upon their request, I contacted Gober Heat and Air. Dana was pleasant and promised to look into the situation. The company refunded $400 to my credit card. I call that integrity. I will call them in the future to service my houses.
