Truck wouldn't start and a tow truck driver recommended I let him take it to Gobea’s. After diagnosing my truck, Gobea’s had me, like others mentioned here, purchase my own part, a fuel pump. I purchased the part from where Gobea’s suggested and they made the repair. About six months later, the truck had the same problem (wouldn’t start) so I took it back to Gobea’s. Gobea’s said it was “probably a bad fuel pump”, but since I bought the fuel pump, it was not under warranty. Gobea’s again replaced the fuel pump, but the new p... read more
I do not recommend this shop they keeped my car for over a year for a engine swap and keeped making up excuses for why it's not done, he took parts off and his dog ate them then he couldn't find replacement parts so I had to buy a parts car for the car and it took him 6 months after getting that car to do anywork on my car and now I got my car back and it still doesn't run after a year and 5 months so now I have to take it to a shop to get looked at to see what's been done and get it fixed and running and I've had to borrow ... read more
Beware terrible experiences and even worse time management. I had to threaten them with police to get my vehicle. They dragged it to the front and blew out a tire. I was beyond patient and polite. Come to find out. I paid them for work which they never did! They ultimately returned my truck with worse conditions than when I brought it in. Took a total of 4 years. And I'm still missing a key from them. I've been told to get an attorney. I said no. I'm done with this company and it's crew.
They are so kind and did a grate job with my care. Thank you
