I followed their instructions to cancel to the T and they still have not refunded my money!!! That's criminal!
Make sure you follow all instructions if you want to cancel any subscriptions through this company - very confusing and they offered no refunds after I cancelled my account and was still being billed. Poor experience.
Caution: steals your money! Subscription renews without your express consent, and they refuse to refund even if you're 1 second late and bever used the prolonged subscription. $150 down the drain. This is XXI century "business".
I'm using Gobbler for PC with my Slate Digital and Softube's account. it works fluently and it's an easy way to be always up to date. Click and play ! Be careful on your order management to check if the auto renewal is checked and everything should be fine.
