Walked into the Longview office today with a friend who already has insurance through GoAuto. I spoke with Vanessa and had a good experience getting a quote and a new policy at a better price than I was paying before. (There was one other person in the office who was answering incoming phone calls the entire time I was there.) Vanessa mentioned that claims are handled at a different location, so I have no idea about the customer service complaints in the reviews. Overall and so far, I am pleased.
Love the attention to detail they give.
