Not sure who everyone with these 1 star reviews is talking to. I had the pleasure of working with LaJuana Jones out of Vegas and wow did she do a great job. She made everything easy to understand and was very professional. Very easy to talk to. One of their insured members hit our vehicle. The police report lists them as at fault. We are having a lot of difficulty getting them to pay the estimate that the auto repair shop wants to repair the vehicle. Presently, they are only offering HALF what it costs to repair the vehicle. Beware.
