Don’t wast your time i had accident no one answered the claim department is absolutely garbage they don’t help no answer to call emails even they don’t have any office without the purchase when you call to purchase insurance they answer in a second but when you stuck no one will answer in weeks
I was recommended to GoAuto by the company I purchased my car with, huge mistake. The wait time and process is smooth when enrolling, but after that, it’s ABSOLUTE crickets. Hints why theres a different number for enrolling vs once you actually have a policy. I added a new driver and my app NEVER updated after 3 months so he got pulled over and got a ticket for no proof of insurance when he had insurance.
