I been on hold for the longest and still on hold. I don't think this is good to do your own payers like this. I need help and assistance and no one is picking up the phone

They never answer the phone and are extremely rude when you do go up to the building. Katy Phillips is so rude. Im taking my 3 vehicles and going elsewhere.
