Only get insurance here if you have no other choice. They are most likely the cheapest option but they are the cheapest for a reason. It's very rare that you will ever get anyone on the phone so if you don't live near a location, it's probably best that you do not utilize them for your insurance needs. This is absolutely the bottom of the bottom. Stay away unless you have no other options.

They never answer the phone and are extremely rude when you do go up to the building. Katy Phillips is so rude. Im taking my 3 vehicles and going elsewhere.
