Kept on showing my old policy of time I login to the app she changed all my information. I log out, logged back in and still show the same thing once I deleted the app and then reinstalled it and logged into it. It showed my current policy and we both said there you go it worked that time and we just laughed.

They don't answer the phone much. On the eighth of June I called numerous times each time I waited close to 30 minutes. Redicoulous.im a loyal customer.each time they never answered the phone. This happens a lot when I call. My insurance rate is awesome. But the customer service answering the phone needs a lot of improvement. Other then that everything else is good.
