GoAuto still sucks as insurance. I knew I left once before for a reason now I remember why. Clients can't get through on the phone to reach them, they put you on hold for 45 min.to an hour, they don't credit your payment to your account, and it's a headache to deal with them. I paid 2 months in advance but they didn't even credit my account, I didn't find out until they sent me a letter, I called the 225 number and was on hold for 45 minutes and still didn't speak to anyone, switched to calling the Crowley number, and spent ... read more
