Jesse got to my house the same day I called for a quote, and genuinely made our yard look better than the day we bought the house. Cleaned our yard to a level I didn’t know it could look. Unfortunately he’s stopped responding and hasn’t shown up to do our yard in nearly a month. Not sure if this business is still open or not.
Structure was not to be favored, unresponsive most of the time. While also charging $65 to mow the lawn which compared to competitors is egregious. When cut, job was done well. We are willingly giving them business and having to chase them for an invoice to pay, and can’t get a response. That’s a red flag to us. As a consumer it should not be more work on our end to request, pay and schedule for a service. So lack of communication and structure, for what they are charging is just not favorable.
