Factory store closed due to Covid-19. Would be great if anyone would answer the phone. Two years later, still closed, at least they finally put up a sign.
POWER STATION BLEW UP IN OUR FAMILY ROOM... while recharging [less than 25 recharges overall]. I woke up after a long weekend, and my Dog was...off. When dealing with a company that is among the leaders in what they do, you would expect a bit of professionalism when it comes to clerical errors like… having your billing and shipping addresses entered incorrectly handled a bit better than I just had to deal with. I called yesterday and ordered a replacement battery for my Goal Zero 400 and asked if I could pick it up at their office. The woman told me that it would be better if I had them ship it to me since (oddly) picking it up at the office would take till Monday, where... read more
