I'm really not sure how this company has 4.5 stars. Maybe it's because it's a national company, but here's my Oklahoma experience. For the record, we always paid our rent and didnt damage anything. I lived in a property they managed for a year. The house was nice, but they wouldn't make timely repairs. Usually, they wouldn't do repairs at all. When we moved in there was a hole in the wall where some dirt came in and they never fixed it. They didn't fix the leaking ceiling or sink either. You're required to have liability ins... read more
I don’t understand why they have such bad reviews, we were closing on our house in the middle of a pandemic and needed a another one ASAP, Kayrn went above and beyond to make it happen(it wasn’t even cleaned when we moved in!)if i was going to be late or had ANY issues they were always there to help. It all boils down to one thing communication…. Thank you for all you do!
