Dr. Goad is the best gyno. I’ve now had two surgeries with her and she truly cares. She listens and answers my questions even though I ask a ton. I can’t say enough about her.
The lady on the phone needs to learn some good behavior. very annoying and rude. however, I liked Dr. Goad she should replace this lady and should hire someone else polite.
I can't even explain the gratitude I have for Dr. Goad! She had delivered all 3 of my babies via cesarean and has cared for me since 2014 with my first and 2017 my second and recently my third in 2020. She is AMAZING I drove from Mesa to her because there is no way I would switch her. My scaring is impecable, she does great and cares so much. She is attentive and super sweet. Dr. Goad and Nichole are fantastic. This was my first pregnancy, in the middle of a global health crisis no less, and she was always attentive, helpful, caring, and thoughtful. Everyone at the Desert West offices was fantastic. I will continue to use them as my health care providers in the future!
