The company scheduled an appointment to come to my residence which is a new build home and did not show for the scheduled appointment. I did not receive any calls for two days, so I called them. I spoke to Kevin which identified himself as the owner. He assured me he would check into why they were a no show and call me right back. No apologies or response was given for the NO SHOW. Called them May 2025 about my furnace blower motor was bad and Bret did a good job replacing it but last month Kevin came out because I was having trouble with the new motor and he replaced the capacitor and left, 3 weeks ago the motor itself started vibrating very badly and shaking the whole furnace. I shut it off and called Kevin to come and check it out.
