This has been my worst salon experience ever. I booked a 45-minute wash and cut appointment. The service felt rushed—I was given a very basic hair wash that didn’t even feel thorough. Then I showed the stylist a reference picture of the haircut I wanted: a simple blunt cut, which shouldn’t have been complicated. The main issue was with the bangs.
