I think they might be out of business? Save yourself some time. I booked a clean online and they didn’t show up nor reply to my email (mailbox full) or text.
Would NOT recommend dealing with this company. Had a prepaid clean booked for April 17th and they never showed, with no communication as to why. Do not respond to any emails (actually emails get returned as the inbox is full) then get another confirmation email they are coming to clean 2 weeks later on May 1st (didn’t book this, but figured it was a ‘make up’ appt and only way I’d see something for my money) but that was cancelled by them the morning of. I have been using Go2Girls for a handful of years so far. Sometimes it has been cleans and sometimes it has been organizing help. My experience working with this team and Kim has been outstanding. Their business processes and practices are extremely apparent in their execution of the work but also the process to book said work (or change any booking requests). With expected company coming for a week, I decided to hire this company to clean our main areas. I got in on their $99 spring clean special. Sorry to say It didn't impress me at all. First, the lack of communication before they even came (only got automatic messages and no answers to my questions). On the day of, the woman arrived on time, didn't introduce herself so I don't even know her name, but the poor thing had such limited mobility we felt bad having her clean for us. The first time I had them come they were incredible - no concerns. Went above and beyond. Super kind. The second time, had a different cleaner. She was also very kind but disorganized, started about 45 minutes late, but then didn’t stay an additional 45 minutes. Cleaning job was okay, fairly bare minimum, but definitely not as detail oriented as the first girl was. She also wasn’t very physically able, so I felt bad having her clean. Due to the inconsistency will not be a returning customer. :/
