The first time I had them come they were incredible - no concerns. Went above and beyond. Super kind. The second time, had a different cleaner. She was also very kind but disorganized, started about 45 minutes late, but then didn’t stay an additional 45 minutes. Cleaning job was okay, fairly bare minimum, but definitely not as detail oriented as the first girl was. She also wasn’t very physically able, so I felt bad having her clean. Due to the inconsistency will not be a returning customer. :/
The common theme with this company is that they're impossible to reach/ get a response. And they cancel on the morning of your clean to reschedule(all the time). 10/10 wouldn't recommend. Can't get a refund because of a promo offer. Absolutely uncomfortable with this whole ordeal and the fact I have to still let you clean my house if I want my money's worth. Give the refund and I'll go elsewhere.
Not very good, see itemized concerns regarding poor house clean of shorter duration than paid. 1. Missed lots of little details, dust on trim etc 2. Details missed despite being done earlier than planned 3. Details missed despite being provided list of specific requests 4. Second hand, friend registered for promo service. They didn't show up. Sounds like nightmare for refund. (Pay by E transfer, sure hope they pay taxes! Feel more legit if Visa) 5. I just feel I over paid, for same level of clean I could do in weekly tidy. 6... read more

I booked a 4 hour whole house clean and overall the cleaning aspect was okay. I feel as though the bare minimum was done even though I have a very average sized home. My major concerns were surrounding the communication and professionalism of this company. The morning of my scheduled clean I was contacted and notified that they had made a scheduling error and they requested moving my clean to the morning instead of the afternoon.
