Friendly honest and responded quickly with an estimate!
Excellent experience from start to finish. I had some broken concrete tiles that needed replaced. Cindy, in the office, scheduled me right away and Scott examined my roof. He took pictures of the broken tiles so I did not have to get on the roof. The concrete tiles were discontinued however, he was able to find some tiles from a vendor. He installed them and caulked all my roof vents. He was extremely professional, prompt, and kept me up to date on his progress when looking for the replacement tile. Prime roofing was excellent!
I called Prime Roofing to come look at a leak we found. Scott came over and told me he would check the roof and let me know what the problem was. He actually sealed the cracks while he was checking it and didn't even charge me! He came down and showed me the pictures of where he made the repairs and told me to call him if we had any other problems. Again.....he didn't charge me anything!!!
