Its a scam Extremely disappointing experience. The service was unreliable and not functional on time as expected. Customer service was very poor. Additionally, after making more than 20 calls, we finally received a confirmation email regarding the bond refund. However, the refunded amount was not the full bond, with $85 deducted without any valid explanation. Surprisingly straightforward, efficient and affordable for an online/telephone service. A couple of minor faults with the vehicle (hence 4 stars) that did not materially impact our use. I'd use again. I've read negative reviews. I'd recommend reading the contract and carefully checking the vehicle condition including starting mileage before driving.
