The vehicle I rented broke down due to an engine failure shortly after pickup, and instead of taking responsibility, the company tried to blame me and demanded compensation. This is absolutely unfair and feels like a scam. The staff were unhelpful, refused to listen, and provided no real assistance. I ended up losing both time and money.
