I've floated a few times now, and it has helped my chronic pain significantly. The center is run by such warm and welcoming employees. The entire experience from beginning to end feels very luxe. It is my favorite thing to do as self-care and I truly look forward to coming here every month.

I’ve come here for both the infrared sauna and the cold plunge/sauna a few times. The staff is very nice and helpful. It’s a great facility!
Go with the float is awesome ! Very relaxing atmosphere. The float tank experience is out of this world. A relaxation experience like never before. I highly recommend this place. They provide water , tea, M&Ms! Just a very relaxing environment. Highly recommend.
