The night we went (which was our first time to go), their system was down. I understand that this posed challenges as they were hand writing everything, but I was so very disappointed that they didn't offer a discount, comp our drinks, or do SOMETHING to make our 45 minute wait to leave more standable. Did I mention we had a two year old and a five year old with us? Or that it took 30 minutes to have bread brought to the table?
