Sold a home with Johnathan and purchased a home with John, both smooth transactions and made a good profit.
John is one of the worst agents I've ever come across. Avoid working with him at all costs as he's completely incompetent.
John Russo doesn’t care about his clients all he wants is his commission Check. With his 8% fee u would think that would come with some professionalism but it doesn’t. I would call him multiple times and he would not answer but then text back avoiding a conversation. Upon selling my bare land property which I had to owner finance John wrote the contract completely in the favor of the buyer so he could just get his check no mater what the cost to the seller.
