I called Khudur, the owner, today because no one in Kissimmee would repair my tire. It had a bolt in the tread. Hard to find the tire as well. He asked me for a picture and called me back immediately to come in. We went in and he was extremely kind. He is customer first. He repaired our tire at a good deal. Got 2 sets of used tires balanced and mounted. He did not have a set of 4 and sold me on different size being ok, but won’t be able to rotate. Noticed steering shakes when driving over 70+ couple of days later. Revisited and he did a quick drive and said it was because of my CV axels and there was nothing wrong with the tires. I told him that it did not shake previously, and got very defensive. Took it to PepBoys and had those tires rebalanced and mounted at additional cost and now no shaking at 70+ mph. Came here to see the tire in person and the tires are really in great condition. I could've choosen 50 different shops but this was the most transparent and honest shop. I would love to come back and do more business. Honest staff and excellent work.
