Richard & his team were awesome! He quickly identified the damage and helped walk the adjuster through it. He provided shingle swatches and examples of past work to help us select a color. Once work started they were efficient and did a great job cleaning up at the end of the day. The new roof looks great!
Richard was very prompt in his response time and communicated every step of the way. It was very difficult to get someone to replace a very small, but high up piece of siding on the house. Richard did it with easy and minimal interruption to our busy schedule. We would recommend him and will use him again.
After trying for months to get a roofer to come out and fix a missing section of the metal roof on my barn, with absolutely no luck, I saw a Go To Guys Exteriors truck on the road. I called the number and Richard answered the phone. I set up an appointment for a couple of days later and had my job completed in about week. Workers were respectful of my property, very knowledgeable and prices were fair. Highly recommend!!
Richard worked the entire process from checking for damage to personally working with the insurance process. Also we chose a black roof and ended up purchasing black downspouts and gutters. Changed the whole look of our home
Richard and his crew did an excellent job repairing a leak that was very difficult to find. I needed the work done quickly, and they came through. I would use them again, and I recommend them highly. They did a fine job all around.
