They took the deposit and had said an engineer would come to tell us what is needed in the property. That person never showed up, and no call back to reschedule the appointment. Fast forward, one year later we stopped by the office and they claimed the contract was cancelled because they had not heard from us. They claimed they sent an email but we never received (we searched it!!). They also could not prove it, word of mouth. We had a solar electric system installed at our house ~ 6 months ago by Go Solar Group. Now that we’ve been using the system for a while, we are SO glad to have it. Go Solar did an excellent job explaining our options and how the process works. The install went smoothly, the installers and electrician were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Avoid this sales scam at all costs! Unethical company that will say anything to secure your business. After I caught them in the first lie, I should have backed out but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Then they lied again and because they already have my deposit, I'm stuck with their service. The salesperson Dennis R**** made promises that he could not deliver on, then made excuses. After 5 months they returned the 17k we had paid. No panels where installed in all that time. Very little communication from the “project” manager. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!!

Installation was done quickly and professionally, System works well, however I was disappointed in the fact that they only design the system for 80% of my needs. I had assumed I was getting a 4kw system, I received a 3.2kw system, on top of that it only puts out 2.5kw so in reality its only 67% of what I expected. Make sure you go over this with the salesman
Very professional group from owner to office personnel to instalation crew. Got exactly what we were told that we would get. Bent over backwards, answered phone calls, voice messages in a timely manner. The electrician, Jeff G*** and his crew were very prompt and professional.
