Great service provided by Taylor (she washed my hair to the Goddssss) and Lucky (he laid it and styled like non other) Vibe was amazing!
I have bought plenty of bundles from this company and ordered their hair in store and online when they first opened when it was quality hair. But these clip ins that I’ve just received today smh.. this is not authentic HAIR. These clip ins are not the same hair from the get go. And MIND YOU I’ve been purchasing hair from them since 2018 and had THE same clip ins since then. This hair is like hair from the beauty supply, and I’m so disappointed. Bruce. Forever and always his professionalism is beyond words, exceptionally meticulous, and he KNOWS his products and craft. The service is sublime and everyone just radiates. They all love their career, and it’s evident. Taylor’s wash was phenomenal! The salon was so clean and smelled divine ! I’ll be back in two weeks!
Brittany was fantastic from start to finish! She explained her process every step of the way and shared which products she used. My hair looks and feels better than it has in about 3 years. No frizz, just bounce and shine!
When I tell you Lucky did his thing on my hair!!!! I’m so happy! It’s giving rich auntie vibes. The entire salon was aesthetically pleasing, the staff was really down to earth, and Lucky was so detail oriented- down to detangling my hair prior to blow drying. Overall 10/10.
