I left a jacket in my car at LAX. I called in about an hour later asking them to keep an eye out for it and letting them know I'd be back in two days. When I called in today I got the manager who knew about the jacket l and informed his team that I was on the way. When I arrived, everyone a Go rentals and the FBO knew the story and kept my jacket like it was $2000 Gucci, not the $10 Walmart clearance rack that it was. Nice job guys... We will be back!
Total ripoff! Ask the nice people at signature to set you up with a car from someone else (anyone else) They will charge you 4X what you will pay with Avis or Hertz. I was charged $158 for a compact car that I had for 14hrs. I got the exact same car days later from Avis and paid $68 including insurance taxes and fees.
