We brought in 2 brand new Coleman UTV’s that did not work from day one. It took almost 3 months of back and forth with Coleman to the point that we were getting no where with our warranty. It was a night mare for all involved. Carlos went above and beyond to fix them for our family despite Coleman dragging their feet. ordered Whitehall 777 HD. paid 314.68 upfront.When I was finally called that my bike was ready it had on reflective tire on the front and just a black one on the back. Claimed he gave me install for free and thats all he could do (314 paid upfront). Rode bike home and woke up the next day to a flat tire. towed bike back to them and was called saying no idea why it went flat but they put a new tube free of charge. Fast repair and great communication
I called today to check on some parts for my grizzly 600. he not only told me what he could order. but actually got on the internet and found parts cheaper for me and who to order them from.... iv never had any help me like that. usually they are short answered and not helpful at the bigger name dealership...the will have all of my business from now on...very satisfied

Excellent customer service. Called about an atv showed up the next morning and it was sitting there ready for us to take on a test ride. All the staff were very helpful and I felt like they appreciated my business. Will shop there again.
