Phil is great. He is on time and reliable and does a very good job. I highly recommend his service to anyone looking for a kind and skilled person to work with.
Arrived one and a half hours past the 25 minute estimate. Tagged a $49 service fee on top of the 'binding' quote. Deceptive and fraudulent. I am elderly, disabled, and have dementia. This is a clear abuse. The next day now, my key doesn't turn the lock. They refused to come out to unlock my door, and refused any liability in the damage.

Excellent service and highly skilled. Phil was able to reprogram a key for my 2017 subaru which I had lost the master key for. Life saver! Thank you!
We called GoPro locksmith for repair of a latch on a commercial door. Other locksmiths either would not touch the commercial door latch (they are complicated) or gave us quotes that were ridiculous. GoPro quickly came on site, assessed the problem, ordered the needed parts, and installed them on arrival. Excellent service with just exactly the repair we needed. They’re thorough, knowledgeable, and I recommend them!
