L'orthodontiste arrive près d'une demie heure en retard et ne s'excuse pas. On ne m'envoie pas le reçu du paiement mensuel et je dois faire plusieurs relances pour l'obtenir. Très déçue pour le prix payé.
Went in for a consultation with my mom and the orthodontist told my mom about a nearby surgeon if ever she wants to get her chin fixed… This was said after looking at a photo of my mom’s side profile. Completely uncalled for. Inquiring about Invisilign is not an invitation to suggest other aesthetic changes that we never showed interest in.
Service client froid et dépersonnalisant. À la fin du traitement on m'annonce sèchement que les retainers de nuit doivent être changés à tous les 3 mois, car la coque n'est pas épaisse. Ils m'ont informé qu'ils ne fournissent pas la coque régulière Invisalign (Vivera) de maintient après traitement dû aux risques d'occlusion. C'est donc un abonnement à vie à payer leurs retainers à la fin du traitement. J'aurais aimé avoir cette information en début de traitement car je serais aller magasiner davantage ailleurs... je sens m'ê... read more
