Dr Go saw me on May 21. after we discussed my situation he said he would order a heart scan among other tests. after two weeks of not hearing back I called. Then i called again and then a 3rd time. still no test. no one called.me.back nothing. He had referred me to a neurologist as part of my visit. when I told the neurologist what was going on he ordered the heart scan and a stress test. when I showed up for the scan at South they informed me that someone from dr go's office cancelled the test that they did not even order! ... read more

Mr. Ferguson. There has been a lot of confusion on your part. Dr. Go did not order your heart scan in the hospital. It was Dr. Watts who ordered it and he was the one who canceled it as well. Dr. Go did order the heart ultrasound and you just had the test done this past Saturday. The cardiologist who reads it usually send us the report a week after. You were here yesterday and the nurse practitioner asked the cardiologist's office to give us your report a lot sooner and she explained the result to you. I hope this clears up ... read more
