WOW!! When this (lucky) older woman took her (broken) older laptop in to Go IT Tech, she expected to need a new computer, and just hoped the data on the old one could be retrieved. Two hours later, Francisco had FIXED the old laptop, upgraded stuff, worked his magic and returned it to me in better condition than before it broke!! And the price? Crazy low!! Francisco gets my eternal gratitude and all my future business.
Straightforward, honest, and fast service for a great price. I took my custom built PC here after water had been spilled inside the case. I knew my GPU was ruined and suspected the motherboard and CPU to be ruined as well. He was able to save my mother board and CPU. He also let me borrow a new graphics card until my new one was shipped to me. Super friendly and does not overcharge or make any repairs without letting the customer know first. I came in for a laptop repair. At first he was able to get the laptop to turn on, but after paying to buy a replacement cable the result from that was me losing my laptop all together with the only solution being effectively buying a replacement laptop. Lost my laptop and $30.
