My husband and I are first time homebuyers, literally no idea how this whole process works. Dimas and his team are fantastic: Nice with a sense of humor but also very knowledgeable. They take the time to answer your questions even if it’s somewhat off topic. They provide you with a number of options and make sure everything is working properly with great materials even if you are on a budget. We had a great experience with our home inspector. He was thorough and took the time to explain important components of the house, like gas valves and their locations. He even went into the attic and underneath the house to ensure a complete inspection. His attention to detail and suggestions for additional features that could improve the property were much appreciated. We feel much more confident in our purchase thanks to his work. Highly recommend!
Unprofessional. I called the number listed on their Google page asking if this was Go Inspect and the first thing he says is Who are you? I explained I was looking for the company and he says "yeah what do you want?" If this is the kind of service they provide over the phone I can't even imagine having someone so rude in my home.
Best home inspector out there . Dimas is great his so thorough with his work. I use him for all my inspections and so glad I do, he's saved me so much money on a property I was about to purchase. Can't thank him enough on the headache he just saved me.
