Extremely predatory practice. I bought a car for the first time years ago and was overcharged, was told I would "regret" not buying their warranty, and was given an extremely high APR interest rate (24%) not knowing what that means. I've paid upwards of 300-400 a month for a year and a half and haven't even touched what the car's initial price was. Took car in to get wheel checked.Went to pick up and my top was down.I did not authorize this.I was told it was for a trade in value.The top does not work properly now.I was lied to by one of the owners.He blamed the mechanic.
