really bad wait times. No one tells you anything not how long you have to wait etc why make an appointment if they arent sticking to the time.
I’ve had 2 MRIs done at hospitals and then had an MRI done at GO Imaging today. Almost no comparison!! The technician was calm and reassuring when I was worried about getting too claustrophobic! The rest of the staff was equally helpful and polite! I hope I don’t have to have another MRI done, but if I do I will do it here!!
They were so kind , and also handled the business in a timely. manner. Everything was so clean. After my images were done offered me a drink while I waited on the information to take to my doctor. I would highly recommend them and the entire staff. Thank you Sheila Horne
Friendly and polite staff. I went in without appointment and they were able to accommodate me. Regarding COVID 19 precautions they have a asolating seating and a sanitizing station. I was really please with their service. We were in and out in no time

Totally chill place. They put you at ease while treating you with respect. They are very efficient and knowledgeable. I did not have to wait but a few minutes for my appointment.

I highly recommend this place! I was there on 9-21-20. The front desk staff were friendly and polite. They followed the COVID safety precautions. The MRI tech I had on that morning was super!! He was very professional. He explained what he had to do for my brain and neck and how long each MRI area would take. The staff that did the IV contrast for me was also very professional. Both of them were friendly and polite. Great experience.
