Ryan A. Came out for my bi yearly maintenance and was a pleasure to work with. He was very thorough with explaining everything he found during his inspection and offered me realistic expectations to help prioritize what if anything I wanted to have done. He also made sure I knew I did not have to purchase anything. Also my dogs loved him. Pleasure doing business with lex (been using them for years)

Zero ability to complete the job, or have the courtesy to follow up. I ordered a water treatment/softener system, tankless water heater and descaler, I was promised a complete job, water testing to prove that the new softener works. Tankless installed but vent job not complete. Water testing to show before and after not done, system does not seem to have an improvement in water quality, matching rock sand color was promised and none of these have been complete 3 months later. Blake M came out this morning to diagnose our furnace. He was very respectful in all of our interactions. He was able to diagnose the issue and provide tiered options for how to handle the issue. He was upfront and honest with describing how each tier would be handled. We appreciate having him come out and work with us.

Blake M came out and did a very thorough inspection of the heating and AC units. He made some suggestions for maintenance and upkeep and was very knowledgeable. He’s also a really friendly and personable guy who was a pleasure to talk to!

Blake was at my house this afternoon for a quote on my downstairs air conditioning unit. He was very knowledgeable and professional about the products and services. We felt comfortable with going with the services and a new unit.
