We used GoGreen after doing a search on Google. They showed up exactly when they said they would, were very informative, friendly, and professional. Our carpets looked, smelled, and felt like new when they were finished. And without using harsh chemicals! We will definitely use them again, and highly recommend them to everyone!

I had scheduled Go Green Clean Pro to clean the carpets in the new home our family was about to move into last Thursday morning. As we were moving out of our old home on Wednesday, we noticed the movers had left a large track of oil from a work dolly all over our living room carpet and spots on our stairs. Randy did such a great job on the rug in our family room! It looks like new. I will never use a steam cleaner again! It is also nice that it is organic so our house does not smell like chemicals.
Randy did an outstanding job! I am so thankful for his services as an alternative to the steam-cleaning companies. My carpet is fresh, clean, and I love that it dries so quickly. I highly recommend Go Green for all homes, and especially for homes with kids and pets!
I've had my carpets steamed before and not only is it annoying to have to wait for them to completely dry, they didn't look that much cleaner. I love that Go Green is all natural and my carpets look amazing (and the whole house smells really good!).
After searching forever to find a true organic carpet cleaner in Richmond I finally found one. I received great service and fast drying time and it smelled wonderful. I will call them again and again for all of my carpet cleaning.
