UPDATE: This company engages in coercive and unethical conduct - they refuse to fix the damage they caused to my backyard unless I sign a FULL RELEASE OF LIABILITY and REMOVE ANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS. From the initial outreach to the end, Rachel provided exceptional follow-up and customer service with no sales pressure. She was patient in walking us through the costs for the different aspects of our project and was quick to return her team's feedback and suggestions. Go Green did an outstanding job landscaping our Outer Richmond backyard. They were easy to schedule with, professional, and quick to answer questions. Dorian, who supervised the project, was wonderful to work with. He gave excellent advice, was thoughtful and helpful, was generally pleasant and friendly, and even came by on weekends to make sure that everything was done right.
