My A/C went out on a triple digit day and, after calling multiple companies with no luck finding a same day technician, I was so relieved to find Go Green. Zach was incredibly helpful, first taking the time to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. When that didn't solve the problem, he came out the very same day and had everything fixed in less than an hour. I truly appreciate the prompt, professional service and was so thankful to have my air conditioning back up and running so quickly. Highly recommend!
Go green was fast, explained everything, honest, and got the AC repair job done. We had another company out earlier in the week who wanted to charge us $3000+ in different cleanings with no guarantee that it would fix our system. They said our system itself was fine and before they went looking for a coolant leak (which would cost us thousands of dollars) we should clean our system and our air ducts (spending over 3K!) and that would maybe solve our issue. Go green has replaced HVAC systems in two of my homes. Both times Zach came out and did a free estimates. Zach was very knowledgeable, friendly, up front about cost and even took the time to talk about things over the phone. Morning of install one of the new coils for the heat pump system were not available or not in-stock. Go green went the extra mile and made sure to get it for me that day.
