Cory always comes personally to take care of my carpets, so you get someone who really knows what they’re doing and cares about the results. He’s handled all kinds of carpet issues for me, including water damage restoration, and always chooses the right treatment for my carpet’s material. Cory is also friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service!
One of our dogs got into a package that was delivered while we were on vacation, and it had printer ink cartridges inside. Ink spilled all over, including on the carpet. I was so upset when I saw a big dark blue stain in the living room, about the size of a dinner plate. I called Go Green Carpet Care and sent pictures of the spots. Go Green Carpet Care did an amazing job! Roman worked really hard and gave my grandmother's carpet a deep scrub. The carpet hadn't been cleaned in a long time, but now it looks fresh and almost new again. All of the pet stains were taken care of, and Roman explained each step of the cleaning process as he worked. He told me how some pet stains can bleach the carpet, but the cleaning will still disinfect and remove odors from those spots. Go Green Carpet Care is fantastic! They truly deserve a 5-star rating. We had a carpet cleaning appointment but couldn't be there at the time. We contacted them and let them know we would leave the door open for them to clean the carpets. When we returned home, the house smelled amazing and the carpets looked spotless.
