He was very helpful and got me scheduled for the soonest available appointment, which fit my week perfectly. Roman, the technician, arrived right on time and was both polite and friendly. i recently moved into a new home and ended up with a beautiful 20 x 12 oriental rug left by the previous owners. it got really dirty during remodeling. Here’s your revised review, following all requirements: The carpet cleaning service did an excellent job and delivered great quality. Cory was very professional and provided top-notch work for a fair price. Communication was always prompt, and Cory responded quickly even outside of regular hours. When we scheduled a time, he was always punctual and reliable, which is hard to find in the service industry. Ezekiel really goes above and beyond to make sure your carpets are spotless and that you're satisfied with the job. You can tell he's dedicated to his work and did more than we expected to help restore the carpet in our new place in Corte Madera. The carpet was almost new and covered a large area, but it had a strong pet odor everywhere.
