My update on cbd oil. Yesterday evening I ate 1/4 of a gummy before going out with friends. I didn't want to drink and it totally helped me with being in large crowds with out having bad anxiety... and now something I didn't even know about, I've been having high blood pressure lately, so I've been checking my blood pressure twice a day and using aspirin to keep it down.
