When I got back from Christmas break, I immediately noticed two pairs of shoes gone from the middle of my closet shelf. I contacted GoGopher to see if maintenance had been at the property while I was away, and sure enough, they had been. Nothing else in mine or anyone else’s rooms were out of place. Easy to use great service
Unorganized and Unprofessional GoGopher is by far the most unorganized and unprofessional rental management company we've dealt with. Since they took over as the managing company, it’s been nothing but problems. They’ve shown an incredible lack of empathy, understanding, and basic decency. They rarely respond to emails or texts — the only way to get their attention is by calling and complaining.
