I am so incredibly happy my friend recommended this gym to us. All the trainers are so nice - I’ve never been so committed to working out and this gym makes working out so enjoyable ☺️ I’m really happy with my progress so far - 2 months in and I’m so much stronger!
I enjoy every exercise in GG. Everyone is very passionate when they get there. So I plan to continue buying courses.

I'd like to thank the whole Go Girl team for everything during my first week! I truly appreciate the time all the trainers spent with me helping me modify exercises as needed to accommodate for my injuries. They're always walking around and ensuring exercises are being done using proper form for effectiveness and safety.
