Do not go here. They do not know how to check insurance correctly. Made an appointment 3 weeks ago and they said my insurance (Aetna PPO) was good. I get there for the appointment and THEN they tell me it’s not taken. Why was it good when I made the appointment? Why is Aetna PPO not accepted when the Aetna site said he is in network, and again it’s an Aetna PPO. Years ago had a procedure that was in network and they surprised me by saying just the anesthesia was not covered. So the appointment was but not until after did the... read more
I don't recommend it. Although the nurses were very kind, they interviewed me a thousand times about my symptoms and condition, and in the end, the doctor came in and ordered a colonoscopy without any prior tests. I asked their secretaries for information on more than one occasion about switching to a different insurance company that they would accept, but they refused to give me the information.
