I paid an invoice to this company twice. I sent proof and requested a refund, which they said they will refund but weeks later, I still haven’t received the money back. And they have stoped responding to emails and not answering the phone to confirm how they will send me the refund that they have agreed to. I’m very disappointed by the lack of urgency and communication around resolving a simple billing issue.

Major loss for your company if you do business with these people, they will lose your cargo and will have no solution for you. Take this as a warning

I have hired this company twice to pick up freight in the Miami port and they have been extremely professional and always demonstrated a sense of urgency. I was never overcharged they always picked up and delivered my containers on time and I am very surprised they have such low reviews. I felt compelled to share my experience as Google reviews can seriously affect a company and I think is so unfair.
