I had my second quarterly pest control treatment at my home and the technician found signs of termites. He told me we needed a termite control system installed as we had active termites. He did a very poor job of explaining the systems and we were not made aware that the vehicles being stored in our garage needed to be removed as there was drilling to the concrete floor of the garage involved. John did an outstanding job! He was very efficient with his time while on site. He also pointed out a few damages to the siding of my house that I didn't even notice myself. He didn't have to do that but that speaks to his character. Technicians like John are why it's easy to choose your company over others, excellent customer service!
