I had two sets of flowers being sent to the same address (different recipients). Go Flowers contacted me quickly to advise that some of the flowers were not available and that they would do their best to be as close to the advertised arrangements. The recipients received the flowers quickly and the arrangements were perfect for the occasion. 100% happy with Go Flowers.
My purchase was a difficult one as I did not know the likes and dislikes of the lovely girl that I was wanting to send them to but I chose a beautiful bunch that was within my budget and ordered a large teddy bear as well then I received a phone call & a photo as soon as she received them and she was just so appreciative she said they were gorgeous
I had to order flowers in a hurry because of the weekend, so I had to pay a fee for delivery speed, which was fair (in order to skip the queue!). The flowers looked really good and my wife liked them a lot (so they must’ve been fresh), and liked the presentation (truthful to the website picture). I saved their details so I can use this supplier again. Can't add photos because now we're drying the roses upside down in the dark, to use in a composition with other dry leaves, bit of an experiemnt.
