We held an 80th birthday party for my sister at Go Fish (in Mystic) in their beautiful private sun room. Because of CoVid, we were restricted to fewer than 25 guests and our families sat at their own tables. The event Manager, Annie, took care of everything, working closely with me by phone and turning the room into a beautiful setting for the party. Nice place to eat in Mystic CT.
We went there for the 2nd time on Saturday night for dinner and it was again fantastic. We haven't been at a restaurant to dine-in in well over 3 months. The reason we did it here was because the tables were at least 10 ft apart and all the employees were wearing masks. They sanitized our table in front of us before we sat down. we started with appetizers of calamari and lobster fritters. both were fabulous. the calamari was the best I ever had. we ordered the lobster loves lobster and the hot lobster roll. both were delicious! the bisque was the best I ever tasted, thick, creamy and full of lobster flavor and bits. the lobster grilled cheese was full of lobster. the lobster roll was stuffed full and buttery. our server was very attentive and friendly to us. we were seated in a room full of windows so everything sparkled! we will be returning very s... read more
